AI Customer Service Assistant

An AI chatbot is an assistant on your website that answers visitors' questions the moment they ask, using only what you've told it about your business. It doesn't replace you or your team. It handles the questions you hear every day, at any hour, and points each visitor to the right page, form, or WhatsApp chat. You can try ours right now: it's the assistant in the bottom-right corner of this page.

Why instant answers matter

Most visitors who leave a website without getting in touch don't leave because they weren't interested. They leave because they had one small question, couldn't find the answer quickly, and didn't feel it was worth a phone call or a form. A question that goes unanswered at 11pm is usually a visitor gone by morning.

A chatbot removes that gap. Visitors get an answer straight away, in their own words and their own language, and asking a quick question in a chat feels far less committing than filling in a form. It also takes the repetitive questions off your plate, so the conversations that reach you are the ones that need a person.

An assistant you can trust with your name

A generic chatbot will happily make things up: a discount you don't offer, a price you never quoted, a service you don't provide. On a business website, that's worse than having no chatbot at all. Ours are built to stay inside the facts you approve, and to say "let me connect you with the team" instead of guessing.

From our work

The assistant on our own website

We built our first assistant for this website. The same questions kept arriving every day: how much does a website cost, how long does it take, do I own the source code, is hosting included. So we gave an assistant the studio's facts and a strict set of rules. It answers in a sentence or two, sends price questions to our quote form instead of guessing a number, recommends the right buyer's guide when someone is still researching, and hands anything it can't answer to WhatsApp. It's the same assistant in the corner of this page.

Within the first two months, around one in four quote requests came from visitors who had chatted with the assistant first. Many of those conversations happened late in the evening, when nobody would have been around to reply. And the questions that reached us on WhatsApp changed: fewer "how much?" messages, more people who already understood what we offer and wanted to talk about their project.

How we set it up

Most of the work isn't technical. It's deciding exactly what your assistant should know, say, and refuse to say.

  1. Gather your knowledge

We collect your services, policies, and the questions customers ask you most.
  2. Set the rules

We define what it may answer, what it must hand to you, and how it should sound.
  3. Match your site

The chat window is designed to fit your site's look, with suggested questions to get visitors started.
  4. Test before launch

We test it with real questions, including tricky ones, before any visitor sees it.

Frequently asked questions

Will it make things up?

It's built not to. The assistant answers only from the facts you approve, and anything outside them, such as exact prices or special requests, is handed to you instead of guessed.

Does it work in Arabic?

Yes. It replies in the visitor's language, in proper Modern Standard Arabic or clear English.

Does it replace WhatsApp or my team?

No. It handles the everyday questions and sends visitors to WhatsApp or your contact form when they need a person.

Can I update what it knows?

Yes. When your prices, services, or policies change, we update its knowledge so its answers stay accurate.

Is there a running cost?

It depends on the AI it runs on. Free options have no running cost but come with limits; paid ones cost a little per conversation and can handle more visitors and harder questions.
