We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you submit a contact or inquiry form. This includes your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, and any project details you choose to share. We also collect the messages you send to our on-site AI chat assistant ("Nollie"). This may include any personal information you choose to share during the conversation. We automatically collect your IP address when you submit a form or send a message to the chat assistant. This is used solely for rate-limiting purposes (to prevent automated abuse of our contact form and chat widget) and is not used for tracking, profiling, or marketing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, prepare project estimates, and deliver our web design and development services. The legal basis for this processing is the performance of a pre-contractual or contractual relationship with you, as well as our legitimate interest in preventing abuse of our systems. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Service Providers
To operate our website and deliver our services, we share data with the following third-party processors: • Vercel (vercel.com), our hosting provider: All website traffic, including form submissions, is processed through Vercel's infrastructure. • Resend (resend.com), our email delivery provider. When you submit a contact form, your name, contact details, and message are transmitted to Resend to deliver the notification to our team. • Groq (groq.com), our AI inference provider for the on-site chat assistant ("Nollie"). Messages you send to the chat assistant are transmitted to Groq to generate a response. We do not use chat content for training or marketing. • Upstash (upstash.com), our Redis database provider. Your IP address is stored temporarily in Upstash for rate-limiting purposes on both the contact form (deleted after 3 minutes) and the chat assistant (deleted after 10 minutes). • WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): our website includes a direct WhatsApp contact link. If you choose to use it, you are leaving our site and any information you share is governed by Meta's privacy policy. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy and data protection policies. We encourage you to review them.
4. Data Retention
IP addresses collected for rate-limiting are automatically deleted from Upstash after 3 minutes (contact form) or 10 minutes (chat assistant). Form submission data (name, contact details, project message) is retained in our email system for as long as necessary to manage our client relationships and fulfil any ongoing service obligations, after which it is deleted. Chat conversations are not stored by us after your session ends; they are processed by Groq solely to generate a response, subject to Groq's own data retention policies.
5. Data Security
We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal information we process. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Your Rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and applicable international standards, you have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to or restrict our processing of your data; and withdraw any consent you have given at any time.
